Jade-Effect Sculptures

Jade has been the most prized carving stone in China for thousands of years, valued for a soapy, slightly translucent polish that lets light sit just under the surface rather than bouncing off it. Our jade-effect sculptures bring that look to resin: each piece is made in resin and finished by hand so its surface glows softly in the same way, without the weight, rarity or cost of the stone.

Because the finish is built up by hand, the colour and depth vary a little from one piece to the next, so no two are quite alike. The resin holds fine detail and keeps each piece light enough to place on a shelf, a console or a plinth.

These are interior pieces. The hand-finished surface is what gives them their glow, and outdoor exposure will dull it over time.
