Two ribbed sheets of olive yellow resin part company at one foot in this cast sculpture. One runs out almost level to the side and narrows to a fine point; the other climbs behind it, spreads its upright fins like an opened fan and turns back over its own crown. The tint is densest at the foot, a deep olive, and thins along every sweep until the outer faces are close to colourless, with the ribs keeping a thread of colour to their edges. A black marble base is included.
Colour and form are tied together here. The olive sits heaviest in the foot and in the fins of the climbing sheet, then pales through straw to clear as each sheet spreads towards its edge, so every sweep carries its own gradient outward from the root. The ribs are set close and evenly along both sheets, and each keeps a fine line of tint after the face around it has cleared, which traces the curves in colour as well as in shape. With daylight behind it the level sheet goes almost transparent while the root stays dark, and the form appears to climb out of its own shade.
Its 110cm puts the curl at about chest height, so give it open floor in an entrance, on a landing or in a broad hall, where the level sheet can reach out clear of anyone passing. Keep it out of doorways and corridors. Olive yellow suits oak, linen, brass and warm stone, and against a white wall the tint shows at its clearest. Side light lifts the ribs into separate highlights, and a lamp set low beside it in the evening brings the olive up from the foot.
Ordinarily a standard piece needs 3–4 weeks and a bespoke commission 5–6. As a commission the olive can be taken deeper or lighter, towards a pale straw, and the clear outer faces can be widened or kept close to the root. The level sheet can be made to reach further into the room or kept closer to the body, and its block can be cut in a pale white or grey stone. Two people carry it: one holds the foot and the base, the other supports the level sheet from beneath, and neither takes hold of its tip or of the curl. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Olive yellow resin in two ribbed sheets, one level and one curling back, belongs with our organic sculptures, our resin sculptures and our contemporary and modern sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For all orders delivered worldwide, all customs duties, import taxes, and applicable local clearance fees are fully included in the purchase price. We manage and settle these charges on your behalf, ensuring you will not incur any additional fees upon arrival.
Please note that this policy excludes shipments delivered to Switzerland, as well as any individual orders where an exclusion is explicitly stated prior to purchase; in such instances, local customs charges and import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
