About Our Bronze Wolf Statues
Wolves in bronze capture an intensity that few other sculptural subjects achieve, with predator alertness, pack hierarchy and the wild canid form rendered in the most permanent material available. Our bronze wolf statue collection brings this subject into woodland gardens, lodge interiors, wildlife reserve commissions and serious private collections worldwide, with every piece handcrafted, made to order, custom sizes available, and produced in our worldwide studios.
The collection includes solitary studies, howling pieces, prowling studies, and full pack groupings. Closely related collections include the full bronze animal sculpture range, complementary bronze deer and stag statues for naturalistic predator and prey compositions, and bronze bear statues for the wider wild animal category.
Sizes range from desk scale studies (40 to 60cm) through standing pieces (80 to 130cm) to life size garden installations over 150cm. Every wolf is sculpted with anatomical accuracy and cast in solid bronze with traditional brown, weathered green or contemporary darker patinas. Designed in Birmingham, England and made in our worldwide studios, shipped worldwide free of charge, lifetime guaranteed. Species specific variations (grey, timber, Arctic, red) available.
FAQs
Are pack groupings available?
Yes. Multi-wolf compositions are available, with typical configurations including alpha pair, three-wolf pack (alpha plus two), and full pack groupings (5 to 7 wolves) for major installations. Each piece is cast separately so positioning can be organic and site-specific.
Can these be displayed outdoors year-round?
Yes. Fully weatherproof in all climates including alpine and coastal environments. The patina deepens with outdoor exposure. Pieces in highly exposed positions develop weathered finishes faster than sheltered placements.
What is the largest bronze wolf size?
Standard collection pieces go to 130cm at the shoulder. Life-size pieces (150cm+ at shoulder, 180 to 220cm long including tail) are produced for major installations and serious collectors. Monumental commissions (over life-size) are available for civic and gallery commissions.
Are species-specific wolves available?
Yes. Grey wolf, timber wolf, Arctic wolf, and red wolf are sculpted with species-specific markings, coat textures, and body proportions. The pieces look distinctly different from each other and reflect the regional variations of the species.
Suitable for woodland gardens?
Particularly so. Wolves work best in semi-naturalistic settings, partially visible through trees, positioned at woodland edges, or grouped in clearings. They lose impact in highly manicured formal gardens where naturalistic predators feel out of place.
