Enlarging a pocket-sized character to human height is not a scaling exercise, it is a change of category. At 10cm a Labubu is a collectible; at 160cm and above it is a sculpture, and the toothy grin and the ears stop reading as cute and start reading as form. That transformation is the entire reason these exist.

Everything here is fibreglass laid over an internal frame and finished in sprayed lacquer, which is the only practical construction at this size. The shapes are rounded and hollow, and a solid casting at this height would be impossible to move into most buildings, let alone position.

These need clear floor on all sides rather than a corner, and delivery is crated to a kerbside or accessible ground-floor point, so measure doorways, stairwells and turning circles.
