Monumental Trumpeting Elephant Herd Bronze Sculpture by Giant Sculptures, two adults and two calves in dark antique patina, shown beside a man for 330cm scale.
Monumental Trumpeting Elephant Herd Bronze Sculpture - 330cm $147,88300
Description

The Monumental Trumpeting Elephant Herd Bronze Sculpture stands 330cm tall and presents four bronze elephants as a living family grouping: two full adults, one with trunk raised high in a full trumpeting pose, and two juvenile calves nestled between them. At 1,500kg of cast bronze, this is a commission-grade installation piece that commands any space it occupies.

Cast Bronze, Hand-Finished to Museum Standard

Each figure in the group is produced using the traditional lost-wax casting method, which captures the fine skin-wrinkle detailing, ear-vein mapping, and tusk contours that define this composition. The finish is a dark antique bronze patina with warm brown-copper tonal variation across the body surfaces; the raised trunk and spread ears of the dominant adult carry lighter copper-bronze highlights that emerge naturally from the patination process. The result is the kind of chromatic depth you encounter in museum-grade large bronze animal sculpture, not in production casting.

A piece at this scale reads equally well in an open landscaped setting, a hotel atrium, a corporate plaza, or a large private estate. The dark antique finish sits comfortably against natural stone, mature planting, pale rendered facades, and polished architectural interiors alike. No plinth is required; the integral feet ground each figure directly onto a flat surface, which strengthens the naturalistic herd composition.

Handmade to Order, Fully Customisable

We offer a full range of patina options, from the dark antique finish shown to natural verde green, warm golden brown, or a contemporary blackened surface. The group can also be scaled to a specific footprint, or individual figures separated for independent placement. For collectors who wish to reference a specific figurative tradition, we can develop bespoke compositions inspired by the work of particular sculptors upon request. Contact us before ordering to discuss requirements and confirm site dimensions.
