The Monumental Green Tara Goddess Bronze Sculpture stands at 300cm and commands presence through absolute stillness. Seated in padmasana on a tiered, pearl-beaded lotus throne, the figure carries an authority that is both serene and architectural in scale.
This gilded bronze sculpture is produced using the lost-wax casting process, a technique that preserves every nuance of the original model before the metal is poured. Once cast, each surface is hand-worked and finished to the full high-polish gold tone visible across the figure and throne. The result is a hand-finished gilded bronze that catches and holds light with consistency, from the finely worked lotus petals in the left hand to the layered pearl beading at the throne's base.
The polychrome facial decoration, including the blue painted eye shadow, red lips, and the raised urna mark at the brow, is applied by hand after casting. The elaborate jewelled crown carries inlaid stones in red, green, and turquoise, matched by the ear pendants, necklaces, armlets, and bracelets across the figure. At 300cm and 800kg, the piece is engineered for permanent installation. It suits temple interiors, large-scale private gardens, hotel courtyards, civic plazas, and meditation retreat grounds. The gold finish holds equally well against open sky and against pale stone or timber interior walls.
Patina options beyond the gilded gold finish include natural bronze, dark oxidised brown, and verde antique green. Scale variations are available within the monumental range. We also accept fully bespoke commissions inspired by the work of traditional Tibetan sacred bronze artisans, tailored to specific iconographic requirements. Contact us before ordering to discuss your site, finish preferences, or installation needs.
