Monumental Classical Rearing Horses Bronze Fountain by Giant Sculptures, three rearing horses in antique bronze patina arranged radially on a plain background.
Monumental Classical Rearing Horses Bronze Fountain - 450cm $184,83200
Description

The Monumental Classical Rearing Horses Bronze Fountain stands 450cm tall and commands any grand exterior setting with its three symmetrically arranged horses, each frozen mid-rear in a posture of raw power, forelegs raised and heads thrown back, circling a central water jet in perfect formation.

Cast Bronze, Hand-Finished with Antique Patina

Each figure is produced using the traditional lost-wax casting method, which allows the sculptor's original detail to be preserved through every stage of production. The surface is hand-finished to a warm brown-golden antique bronze patina, with deeper tones drawn into the recessed musculature of the horses' chests, necks, and haunches. The result reads as genuinely aged bronze; not decorative coating, but a finish built into the metal itself. The circular granite base platform integrates full fountain plumbing, with a central vertical jet rising between the three figures and peripheral jets running around the base perimeter, creating a continuous cascade into the surrounding shallow reflective pool.

At 450cm and 4,000kg, this is a piece scaled for civic and commercial environments: roundabouts, public squares, resort courtyards, hotel forecourts, and private estates with the architectural footprint to receive it. The warm bronze tones read well against stone, pale aggregate, and dark granite paving; the three-figure radial arrangement works equally from all approach angles, making it ideal for circular or open settings where the viewer moves around the piece.

Handmade to Order, Fully Customisable

We offer a full range of patina options including natural verde green, dark brown, and satin black, as well as scale adjustments for sites requiring a smaller or larger installation footprint. For landmark commissions at this scale, we work closely with architects and landscape designers to ensure structural and hydraulic integration from the outset. Contact us before ordering to discuss your site specifications and confirm lead time.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
