Between 80cm and 130cm is where these pieces are bought most often, and the reason is practical rather than aesthetic. This is the largest a Labubu can be while still fitting through a standard doorway, standing in an ordinary room and being moved by one person if you change your mind about the position.

It is also the size at which the character still reads as itself. Above 160cm the form becomes abstract enough that the joke shifts; here it is unmistakably the figure, at a scale that makes it a proper object rather than a shelf piece. Fibreglass with sprayed lacquer does the making, as at every size.
