A pendant lamp in faceted acrylic, cut as a long shard: broad and flat-topped at its head, it narrows with a slight lean to a point at its foot. Its dichroic film turns amber and orange across the facets of the head, yellow over the outer faces and a vivid green on the faces within, and it lights, so the glow is caught again and again in the facets down its length. It is made to hang.
The facets do the work. With the lamp lit, each plane shows the glow and repeats it, so a single light reads as a run of bright points falling through the body, and the film's colours change from face to face as the angle between the planes changes. The cut is irregular rather than regular: the faces differ in size and lean at different angles, which is why the shard looks broken off rather than turned on a lathe. Amber and orange gather at the head, where the planes are broad and close to the lamp, the green is strongest through the middle of the shard, and the point clears to yellow.
At 40cm it is a pendant for a room rather than a hall, hung over a table, above a stair or into a window bay, where it is seen from below and from across the room. Hung low over a table, its facets meet the eye of anyone seated; hung higher, at the head of a stair, it reads from below as one bright shard.
Making a standard piece takes 3–4 weeks, and making a bespoke one 5–6. Each commission settles the cut, the film and the length of the shard, so broader faces, a film in cooler blues and violets or a shard of another length can all be made from this design, and several can be hung together at different drops over a long table. It is lifted in both hands round the body, never by the point, and the point is kept clear of anything hard while it is hung. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A yellow and green faceted pendant that lights, it is listed with our geometric sculptures, our acrylic sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For all orders delivered worldwide, all customs duties, import taxes, and applicable local clearance fees are fully included in the purchase price. We manage and settle these charges on your behalf, ensuring you will not incur any additional fees upon arrival.
Please note that this policy excludes shipments delivered to Switzerland, as well as any individual orders where an exclusion is explicitly stated prior to purchase; in such instances, local customs charges and import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
