White Space Astronaut Standing Sculpture - 150cm $4,65500
Description

The White Space Astronaut Standing Sculpture stands 150cm tall — just under life-size, immediately striking, and finished in a clean all-white suit with a gold-tinted visor that catches the light as the defining accent detail. Depicted in a relaxed standing pose, the figure reads as both futuristic and warmly nostalgic — the universal silhouette of a suited astronaut, rendered at near-human scale. The gold visor draws the eye, offering the single tonal contrast that lifts the composition from graphic to sculptural. At 150cm, this piece sits at eye-level with most viewers, creating an encounter that feels genuinely imposing without overwhelming a domestic or commercial interior.

Precision Cast, Gallery-White Finish

The white astronaut sculpture is constructed from premium high-density resin, cast from a precision master mould to capture every surface detail of the suit — panel seams, helmet ridges, visor geometry, and gloved hands — with the crispness and consistency that paint-applied finishes demand. The all-white outer suit is finished to a smooth, even surface across the full figure, producing the clean gallery aesthetic that makes this piece so versatile as an interior object. The gold visor astronaut sculpture detail is applied by hand, giving the helmet face its reflective warmth and providing the focal point the composition turns on. The resin construction keeps the piece lightweight relative to its scale while maintaining the structural integrity needed for a permanent display piece. Because resin allows for precise, repeatable casting, every surface of this sculpture holds the same quality from the base of the boots to the crown of the helmet.

The space explorer standing sculpture is an indoor piece, and it works across a wide range of interior contexts — a contemporary living room where the white suit reads as a design object rather than a novelty, a bedroom or study installation in a space-themed environment, a retail or hospitality setting looking for a character-led focal point, or a corporate reception where the astronaut's associations with ambition and discovery feel appropriate to the brand. The white finish is broadly neutral: it sits cleanly against dark architectural backgrounds, disappears into all-white interiors as texture and form, and holds its own against bold colour. Indoor display only.
