Frosted to a soft, milky white, this rock of imported clear resin begins at a low, rounded shoulder on the left and climbs across a creased, uneven middle to a high, craggy crown on the right, where the flank bulges outward before dropping steeply to the foot. Between its two feet a rounded arch opens right through the rock, leaving a pocket of open space under its middle. Ragged flakes of russet brown are scattered over the frosted faces, and the long dark timber base it stands on comes with it.
The frosting gives the surface a sugary, satin skin that softens every reflection, and its texture of small dents and swellings looks like snow packed hard against a cliff. The flakes are thin, with torn edges, in a dull chocolate to russet brown; some lie close under the skin and read crisply, while others sit deeper and show only as soft shadows. Towards the foot the frosting thins out and the resin turns glassy, peppered with tiny brown crumbs. Beneath the rock, the plank is a dark timber figured with swirling grain and bevelled at both ends.
It needs a generous run of surface, such as a sideboard top, a hall console or the front of a reception desk, so that visitors meet it side on and read the arch as an opening rather than a shadow. Against a deep-coloured wall the frosted white seems to glow, and a lamp angled in from the side brings the brown flakes forward. Leave a little clear space at either end of the base. Indoor use only.
Expect 3–4 weeks for a standard piece and 5–6 weeks where the commission is bespoke. Your order brings one frosted rock and the dark timber plank it rests on, sold individually. Commissioned to your own brief, the frosting can stop short of the foot to leave more glassy resin, the brown flakes can give way to dried leaves or to gold leaf, and the arch can be opened wider; other sizes are made to order. The rock and its plank share one crate, each in its own wrapping, and lifting the rock out is a job for two people, hands under the body rather than on the crown. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A frosted white rock arched over a dark timber plank brings a snowy texture to our resin sculptures, our abstract sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
