Clear from the foot of its basin to the point of its horn, this splash is drawn entirely in outline and highlight. A broad flank curls up from the left of the basin and rolls over into a ribbon slotted with long gaps, tied back down near its middle by a short post to the tangle of strands above the basin. On the right the ribbon climbs into a tall horn with a spur at its side and casts off a narrow hoop, while a jet flung out low from the basin breaks into a crown of droplets.
Without any tint, the resin depends entirely on its own edges and on what surrounds it. Each rounded rim and drip carries a bright line of highlight and the hollows between fall into soft greys, so the form is drawn in silver and shadow rather than in colour. Through the slots in the ribbon, through the little porthole at the foot of the horn and through the open hoop, the wall behind stays in view, and the clear body takes on a trace of whatever colour stands near it. The surface is glossy everywhere, from the tongues in the basin to the spur beside the horn.
Raised on a console, a deep shelf or the corner of a large desk, its 55cm height brings the hoop and the horn close to eye level. Against a dark painted wall or a deep timber panel the clear resin stands out most sharply; in a pale room it turns quieter, closer to a line drawing in ice. Under a downlight every edge glitters. Indoor use only.
Making a standard piece takes 3–4 weeks, and making a bespoke one 5–6. You are buying a single splash, sold individually. On commission the resin can be tinted in a colour of your choosing, all through or graded from the foot, and the horn, the hoop and the low jet can each be drawn out further or kept closer in; the whole splash can be made to another size as well. It comes in a wooden case with the horn and the hoop braced apart in foam, and it is carried by the basin, held from below. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
An outline of clear resin flung up like spray over its own basin is listed with our resin sculptures, our organic sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.
Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
