Violet Chrome Astro Devil Figure - 15cm $26900
Description

The Violet Chrome Astro Devil Figure is a 15cm collectible designer piece — a desktop-scale astronaut sculpture with a shiny chrome face, chrome hands, and chrome feet set against a translucent violet suit, finished with a horned helmet that gives the familiar space-explorer silhouette its mischievous pop-art twist. At 15cm, this is a shelf, desk, and cabinet piece — designed to be picked up, placed, and lived with closely. The contrast between the liquid-chrome metallic elements and the clear purple bodywork is the visual signature of this violet chrome astronaut figure.

Chrome Detailing, Translucent Violet Body

This Astro Devil figure is produced in premium resin, selected for its ability to hold the translucent violet finish across the suit while supporting crisp electroplated chrome on the face plate, gloves, and boots. The chrome is genuine metallic plating applied directly to the resin — not a painted silver — producing a true mirror-reflective surface that catches and throws light back across the violet body. The horned helmet is integral to the form, the horns rising cleanly from the dome rather than fitted as a separate accessory. Surface finishing, plating, and final assembly are all handled by our artisans, with each piece inspected before it leaves the studio. Despite its compact 15cm scale, every panel line, suit detail, and proportion of the full-size astronaut form is preserved.

A 15cm pop art astronaut like this lives well on bookshelves, designer desks, console tables, glass cabinets, and curated collector displays. The violet-and-chrome palette pairs naturally with neutral backgrounds, walnut and oak shelving, black metalwork, and brighter pop-art companion pieces. Indoor display only — the chrome plating and translucent resin are not specified for outdoor exposure.

Handmade to Order, Fully Customisable

Every astronaut sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — 3–4 weeks for a standard piece, 5–6 weeks for a bespoke commission. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Customisation is offered. Alternative suit colourways, alternative chrome or electroplated finishes, scaled-up sizes (up to 210cm+), and fully bespoke astronaut figures designed from a brief or reference image are all possible. Contact us before ordering to discuss options.

Shipping & Returns

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.

Questions Before You Order?

If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
