A dark teal ball opened into two turning scoops, the teal dark at the rims and paling almost to white where each scoop is at its broadest. The two faces wrap past each other and meet on a single wall, and the grading follows the thickness of the material rather than being drawn on it. It rises on a short stem from a dark slab base, and the base comes with it.
Colour does the modelling here. The rims hold the teal at its darkest and draw the outline of the ball, while the broad scooped faces open out almost to white, so the piece reads as hollow even from across a room. The two scoops cross at a single opening, and the room behind shows through it, framed by the darkest passage of colour. The ball is carried on a short stem rising from a dark slab, which holds it just clear of the surface so that the full sweep of its outer curve can be seen from every side.
It suits a low table or a broad shelf with light coming past it rather than onto it, because the pale centres are pale by being thin and they need something bright behind to carry. At 69cm on its stem and base it stands well on a sideboard or a deep console, and a dark surface does more for the rims than a pale one. Met from the side the two scoops close on each other and the piece reads as a solid, which is worth avoiding.
Set aside 3–4 weeks for a standard piece and 5–6 weeks for a bespoke commission. The scoops can be opened further, the teal run toward green, and the base made in black marble or polished steel instead of the dark slab. The grading can also be set to run the other way, so that the rims come out pale and the centres deep. That sounds a small change and is not: the piece now reads as hollow, and reversing it makes the identical form read as solid. Ball and base are crated together on separate beds, and two people lift the ball out by its outer curve. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Two scoops turning on one another belong with our organic sculptures; teal graded by the depth of the resin leads to our resin sculptures, and a ball for a deep sideboard joins our indoor sculptures.

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
