A round disc of teal resin worked into fine radiating ribs, with a small irregular opening pierced a little off centre. The teal is deep around the opening and pales outward, so the ribs run from sea green at the core to glassy, frost-like points at the ragged rim. A black stone block, included, keeps it standing.
The ribs spread from the opening like the growth lines of a shell or the frost on a winter pane, and the teal makes that movement legible: dense where the ribs begin, thin where they end, so the eye is carried outward from the dark core to the bright edge. The opening sits off centre, which gives the round face a direction and keeps it from reading as a plate. Each rib is sharp and the rim is left ragged, and every face is brought to a gloss so the ribs flash as you pass.
Face it into the room on a console, a sideboard or a side table, against a plain pale wall where the ribs can be read. It suits coastal and green schemes and sits well beside shells, glass and pale wood. A low sun or a lamp at one side throws every rib into relief; seen against a window, the teal glows like shallow water.
A standard piece takes 3–4 weeks to make, and a bespoke commission 5–6. The teal can be deepened towards green or eased towards aqua, the opening can be shifted, enlarged or filled, and the rim can be cut smoother. White stone can replace the black block. The same disc is made in black grading to clear, sold separately. It is packed upright with its face protected; a single person can carry it by the block, though a second pair of hands makes the wide face easier to manage. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Teal ribs radiating from an off-centre opening place it among our resin sculptures; the shell-like form, spreading like growth lines, belongs to our organic sculptures, and more to face into a living space is in our indoor sculptures.

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
