Teal Ink Veined Mountain Range Resin Sculpture (74cm) by Giant Sculptures, showing jagged teal peaks with black veined streaks, no stand, on a plain white background.
Teal Ink Veined Mountain Range Resin Sculpture - 74cm $2,09200
Description

A teal range with black drawn through it in long, broken streaks that never repeat. One summit rises well above the rest and the black gathers under it and along the foot. The teal is deepest at the base and thins toward the peaks; the body is slim front to back, with no stand supplied.

No Two Castings Carry the Same Pattern

The black lies in the teal as drawn-out streaks rather than as an even mix, and where each one travels is not something anyone sets. That has a consequence worth stating plainly: the pattern on this piece cannot be reproduced, and it cannot be specified either. What can be set is how much black goes in and where it enters, which biases the result without controlling it. Every casting is therefore genuinely unlike every other, which is a real claim here and not a decorative one.

The dark streaks need light through the body to read as ink rather than as shadow, so a position with something bright behind it does far more than a lamp in front. A glass shelf or a console with a pale wall behind both work. Lit from the front alone the black closes up and the range reads as a solid teal mass. It wants length more than depth.

What Can and Cannot Be Asked For, and Delivery

As standard the build runs 3–4 weeks, and as a bespoke commission 5–6. The black is drawn through the teal while both are moving, so the streaks are different on every one and none of them can be asked for. The quantity of black and the point it enters are both set at order, the teal is taken to a blue, and the range is built at other lengths. A version with no ink at all is made and is a plain tinted range, which is the comparison to make first. It is packed in a case bedded under the ridge with the tallest summit sleeved on its own, and two people move it level. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Black ink drawn through teal belongs with our organic sculptures; a tinted body streaked like weather puts it in our resin sculptures, and a dark wash read against brightness suits our indoor sculptures.

Shipping & Returns

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
