Frosted white where it rises and a strong teal where it spreads at the base, this rock stands upright with a deep notch at the top. The lower part fans out in broken ledges that hold the deepest colour, like the foot of a sea cliff at high tide. A black marble block is supplied under it.
Graded colour on a frosted body reads as depth rather than paint: the white head looks lit and near, the teal foot looks deep and cold, like the base of a cliff where the sea comes in. The colour is strongest in the wide, broken ledges at the bottom and thins as the rock narrows, so the piece seems to rise out of water. The deep notch in the head breaks the outline above, and the frosted surface keeps every ledge soft-edged and matt to the touch.
Standing 88cm with its marble, it suits a low console, a hall sideboard or a broad shelf, with space around it. Stand it clear of the wall so the cleft at the top can be seen from slightly off to one side, and let side light fall across the teal foot, which is where the colour is richest.
Production takes approximately 3–4 weeks for a standard piece, or 5–6 weeks for a bespoke commission. The teal can climb higher up the rock or stay in the ledges, a blue, a green or a grey can replace it, and the notch can be cut deeper or closed. A polished surface is possible, though it turns the soft grade into a glassy one. Upright in a braced crate, its marble boxed below, it is carried by two people holding the ledges at the base. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A frosted rock deepening to teal belongs with our organic sculptures; colour gathered in its broken ledges places it in our resin sculptures, and a cliff foot of cold sea colour suits our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.
Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
