A small chair in frosted resin, worked in two tones. The back and the seat are a soft slate grey with a faint blue-green cast, and the three plain legs beneath them are a clean white frost. The seat is a thick rolled cushion that bulges out past the legs on three sides, and the back rises from it as a rounded shell whose top edge turns over in a soft curve.
The colour changes where the legs leave the cushion: slate above, white frost below. The frost softens every surface, so the grey reads as smooth and velvety rather than hard, darker in the hollow where the back meets the seat and lighter across the rounded top. The legs are plain cylinders with flat feet, two under the front of the cushion and the third centred at the back, so the chair rests on three points. No screws, rails or fixings show anywhere on it.
Its 58cm height suits a child at a play table, or an adult who wants a perch close to the floor. The slate grey is calm enough for a bedroom or a reading corner and goes well with pale timber, chalky walls and wool rugs. Two or three gathered round a low table make a small seating group for a playroom. Indoor use only.
Allow 3–4 weeks for a standard piece and 5–6 weeks for a bespoke commission. The slate can be exchanged for another colour, or the split between the tones moved so that the legs share the grey and only the back stays pale. Seat height can suit a small child or come up a little for a grown-up, and other overall heights can be quoted. It arrives in one piece, needing no assembly, and travels in a crate of its own that one person can manage. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Small enough for a child yet made as sculpture, this chair sits in our art furniture; its two-tone frosting belongs beside our resin sculptures, and its scale suits our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.
Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
