Description

A cloaked rider reins back a rearing horse on a mountain track, arm raised towards the pass ahead. The composition is taken from a well-known neoclassical painting of the subject. An architectural frame surrounds it, with a scrolled crest above and rosette blocks at the corners.

Horse Wall Art Inside an Architectural Frame

The relief is kept low to mid depth, which is the right decision for a framed picture-panel: too much projection and the horse would fight the frame around it. The frame mouldings are cut crisply by contrast. The marble is matte with a fine even grain and faint hairline fissures visible through the upper field.

A framed picture-panel of this kind belongs where a painting would go: over a fireplace, in a stair hall, a study, a dining room or a panelled corridor. The scrolled crest wants a little headroom above it, so do not tuck it under a cornice or a low ceiling line.

Rosette Blocks, Scrollwork and the Fixing

Seven weeks. The relief is kept low to mid depth on purpose, because a rearing horse cut any prouder would fight the frame around it, and getting that judgement right takes longer than cutting deep. Proportion is yours, and the crest and rosette blocks can be dropped for a plain architrave. Every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of destination.

  • Sculptures under 50cm — shipped by air freight. Typical delivery 1–2 weeks after production is complete.
  • Sculptures 50cm and above — shipped by sea freight. Typical delivery 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

For larger sculptures where faster delivery is needed, air freight is available at additional cost — contact us before ordering for a quote.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

30-Day Returns

We accept 30-day returns on sculptures in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

To start a return, contact us within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's cost.

Bespoke and custom-commissioned pieces are non-refundable once production has started, as they are made specifically to your specification.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
