A curled band of resin that rises at one end into a tall, upright lobe and at the other into a second lobe that leans in over the opening toward it, the two tips stopping short of each other. Red holds the outer wall, while the inner faces change colour from lobe to lobe: a golden yellow in the upright one, orange in the one that leans and a deep crimson-rose in the hollow of the curl beneath it. The black marble block is bought with it, and it reaches wider across than the curl standing on it does.
Two lobes leaning toward each other across an open curl make an object with two completely different faces, and the colour is what says so. Red outside and warm colours inside make it a different object from either side, and the lean of the second lobe is what brings both faces into view at once. Inside, the colour shifts from lobe to lobe, yellow where the band stands upright, orange where it leans and a deep crimson in the hollow between them. Both faces are polished, which is how the colours within stay readable from across a desk.
It suits a desk or a bedside, close enough to see into the hook. A dark ground makes the yellow inner face carry; a pale one puts the red in charge. Light into the hook bounces off the yellow and comes back warm, which is what makes the inside look lit. The red is what reads from across a room, and the yellow is a reward for coming closer.
Ours is a 3–4 week build as standard, and a 5–6 week build when the commission is bespoke. The hook is closed further, the yellow is run toward green, and the block is cut back to the width of the curl. Close the hook and the leaning lobe comes down further over the opening, so the gap between the two tips narrows. Curl and block share one crate with the block packed beneath, and the curl is lifted by its band at the foot, never by either lobe. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A red curl whose two lobes lean together over a warm interior is shown with our organic sculptures, our resin sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
