Plumes sweep up from a shared root on a black marble block and curl over at their tips. The highest reaches up and bends back in a long hook and the others curl at different heights around it. Each is a deep red at the root, going to orange as it rises and clearing to colourless resin at the curl.
A cluster of curling forms needs an order or it becomes a tangle, and the order here is height: one plume leads, and each of the others turns over a little further down, so the eye travels up the group to the highest hook. The colour does the rest. Deep red at the root reads as weight and heat, the clearing at the tips reads as lightness, and together they make the plumes appear to rise. The black block below is plain so the red has nothing to compete with.
A console, a sideboard or a desk will take it, at a height that shows it slightly from above. Stood on a sideboard, its 73cm, block included, brings the highest hook to about eye height. A pale wall makes the red glow; a dark one turns it to embers. Light from behind fills the plumes with colour. At a distance it reads as a red flame, and the separate curls and the clearing at their tips arrive as you come nearer.
Count on the difference between standard and bespoke: 3–4 weeks or 5–6. Three things are open at the order. The plumes can be drawn in a greater or a lesser number, the red can be taken towards amber or kept deep, and the block can be swapped for another stone. Add a plume and the root broadens to carry it, since every plume rises from the same point. Crated with the block packed beneath it, the piece is lifted out by the shared root of the plumes and set straight down on the stone. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Red plumes rising from one root and curling back to clear hooks lead on to our organic sculptures, our resin sculptures and our contemporary and modern sculptures.

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
