A composition of ribbons and closed loops rising high over anyone standing beside it, red at the foot and colourless by the topmost turn, on a round base. Red gathered at the foot, warming through amber up the middle ribbons and gone entirely by the topmost one. A round black base comes with it, broad enough to carry the whole composition.
Over this height a colour run stops being a gradient and becomes a sequence, and the ribbon count is what sets how many steps it has. At arm's length a colour run reads as a gradient. Over a height like this it stops doing that and becomes a sequence of stages, because the eye cannot hold both ends at once, and the ribbon count decides how many stages there are. Running a colour out over this much ribbon means the material is deepest where it is most gathered, so the piece appears to be burning off as it rises. Polished over every ribbon, inside every loop, which at this scale is the bulk of the work.
It belongs in an atrium or a double-height hall, and nothing about this one suits a room with an ordinary ceiling. A pale ground at its back, since the clearing at the top needs somewhere to disappear into. Light from two sides, since a piece this deep lit from one has a bright face and a dead one. The colour run carries the full height of a stairwell, and the individual loops only separate from close underneath.
Work on a bespoke commission runs to 5–6 weeks, on a standard piece to 3–4. On request the ribbon count changes, the run is set the other way round, or the base is cut to another plan. Reverse the run and the weight goes to the top, which at this height makes a piece that looks as though it is falling. Three crates, and the assembly runs from the base upward with the top ribbon set last. Four people. Its breadth is the difficulty, not the weight. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Ribbons and loops running from red to clear belong to our organic sculptures; the round metal base under them joins our metal sculptures, and an atrium or a double-height hall gives the run its full height among our indoor sculptures.

Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
