Purple Coral Cut Acrylic Side Tables Set of Three, 110cm, three translucent coral-patterned pedestal tables at stepped heights with round tops, on a plain white background.
Purple Coral Cut Acrylic Side Tables Set of Three - 110cm $6,95200
Description

Three pedestals in translucent purple, sold together and made to stand as a group at three stepped heights, each with a round top on a square plan. The base of each is two panels crossed at right angles, and both panels are cut away into a branching coral form that thickens toward the floor - so the group reads as three columns of coral rising to three flat discs.

Branching Coral Cut Through Crossed Panels

A coral cut is all inside curves and thin members, which is the worst combination in a sheet material. Each branch narrows as it rises and the narrowest points are where the cutter wants to snatch, so the pattern is cut from the thick end upward with the panel fully supported, and the inside curves are drilled at their tightest radius before the straight runs are taken. The three heights are cut from one pattern scaled rather than three separate drawings, which is what makes the group read as one family instead of three related objects. Every cut face is polished, and on a piece with this much cut edge the polished area is greater than the flat, which is where the hours are.

Three tables at three heights want to be used as a group rather than spread round a room - clustered at the end of a sofa, or stepped along a wall so the discs form a rising line. Their compact plans let them stand close together without the bases touching. Purple is a heavy tint and it reads almost black in a dark corner, so give the group daylight if you can and let the coral pattern be seen through rather than against.

The Three Heights, the Cutting, and Delivery

It takes 3–4 weeks to make as standard, and 5–6 weeks to make bespoke. The three heights can be set to your own measures and the coral pattern cut to another density - open for a lighter group, packed for a heavier one. The purple can be replaced with any tint, and the tops squared. The set is priced and dispatched together, so it is one line on the order rather than three. Each table arrives as a top and two cut panels which slot into one another on site without tools, and that is deliberate: cut coral panels would not survive being crated already assembled. Two hands are enough for any single piece. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Branching coral cut through crossed panels belongs with our acrylic sculptures; three purple discs at stepped heights lead to our organic sculptures, and a cluster beside a sofa joins our indoor sculptures.

Shipping & Returns

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
