Violet settles deep in the trough of this wave, where the water gathers before it rises, and from there the colour thins to a lavender tint along the edges of both arms. The left arm climbs and runs over the top to a spout that stands up as a slim spike with a small flick beside it; the right arm curves up and across and stops in a fine point under that spout, so the ring stays open. Above the trough nearly everything is clear.
Purple darkens quickly as it deepens, so it is kept low, where the wave is broadest and the eye expects weight. In the trough it is a rich, inky violet; up the arms it survives only as a pale wash along the outer edges, picking out each fold the way a shadow would, and the spout and the two tips are left colourless. Everywhere the surface is rippled and faceted rather than smooth, so the clear upper part catches the room in small, bright splinters while the trough holds a steady glow of colour beneath them.
Standing 56cm on its black marble block, it fits a desk, a side table or a sideboard, with the break in the ring a little under the eye of someone standing. A window behind it, or the room beyond, gives the open ring something to frame, and morning light picks up the violet in the trough while the clear arms all but vanish. It looks its best in a room painted cool grey or white. Indoor use only.
Standard pieces take 3–4 weeks and bespoke commissions 5–6. Each order is for a single ring and its block, sold on its own. As a commission the violet can be taken higher up the arms or kept to the trough, darkened towards plum or lightened towards lilac, and the gap where the right arm stops short of the spout widened or almost closed; the marble can be swapped for another stone. It ships in a fitted case with the spout and both tips wrapped on their own, and the ring is set down on its levelled block when it arrives. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Violet gathered in the trough of an open ring of clear water takes this wave to our organic sculptures, our resin sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
