Three curls set above one another, each one turning back over its neighbour with an open gap left between them. Petrol blue runs the outer face of every curl and white is banked inside each hook, so the colour alternates as the column rises. A black marble plinth comes with it, cut deep enough to raise the curls well off the floor.
A column made of separate curls works as a rhythm rather than as a shape, and the interval between the turns is what the eye actually follows. White inside a blue hook reverses the usual order on these, and it puts the lightest passage of the piece where the least light reaches. White banked inside a blue body means two pigments at different depths, and the mass has to keep each of them where it was put. Polished on every face, and the inside of each hook is polished although only the white shows there.
A hall, a landing or a wide console. The plinth does a good deal of the work and wants room to be seen. A plain wall behind it, or the spaces between the hooks fill in and the rhythm stops. A raking light picks out one curl at a time; flat light gives you the whole column and none of the rhythm. From across a room it is a rising sequence, and the individual hooks arrive at about three paces.
Whether it is standard or bespoke sets the build: 3–4 weeks or 5–6. More curls are set or fewer, the white is banked more deeply inside them, and the plinth is cut down. Add curls and each one tightens, because the casting keeps one height however many are set into it. The plinth and the curls come separately. Level the plinth first, and the casting is set down onto it afterwards. Two people, taken by the two lowest curls and never by the top. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Curls hooking one over another lead to our organic sculptures; the petrol-blue body with its white hollows joins our resin sculptures, and pieces with the same rising rhythm are in our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
