A scroll shell in polished resin that curls up from a narrow foot into two raised ends: a tall horn sweeping up to a slender point on one side, and a broad, rounded lobe on the other, cupped like the inside of a seashell. Between them the form drops into a deep, open curve. Petrol blue runs along every rim and edge and gathers in the belly, while the broad faces clear to a pale, watery blue. It stands on a marble base, included.
Here the colour outlines the form. Every rim and edge, and the curve of the belly, carries a dense petrol blue, while the wide faces between them are left a pale, watery blue that the room shows through, so the piece reads like a drawing in dark line filled with a pale wash. The horn and the lobe are drawn as opposites, one slender and pointed, the other full and rounded, and the deep curve between them gives the eye a clear path from one to the other. The polish is high all over, and along the outer rim the blue darkens almost to navy.
A console, a sideboard or a broad desk suits it, turned so the open curve between the horn and the lobe faces the room. Daylight from behind or beside it shows the pale faces at their clearest and leaves the petrol blue rims as crisp dark lines. Kept clear of clutter behind, its outline stays sharp, and the cool blue sits well with grey, white and natural oak.
Most pieces are standard and take 3–4 weeks; a bespoke commission takes 5–6. The price is for a single scroll shell together with its marble base. On commission the petrol blue can be deepened towards navy or turned towards teal, the faces left clearer or tinted more strongly, and the horn drawn out to a longer point. A frosted surface can be chosen in place of the polish, and another stone can be cut for the base. It is crated with the horn and the lobe padded and the base wrapped separately, and the shell is set on its base on arrival. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A scroll shell outlined in petrol blue, its horn and rounded lobe curling up from one foot, joins our organic sculptures, our resin sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
