Peach Twin Ribbed Sheet Cast Resin Sculpture, 76cm, with two ribbed fan-like forms rising from a black marble base, shown on a plain white background.
Peach Twin Ribbed Sheet Cast Resin Sculpture - 76cm $2,57300
Description

A soft peach colours this cast resin sculpture, which parts at a single stem into two sheets of fine ribs over black marble. The fan nearest the base sweeps outward with its ribs picked out in a warmer apricot and its leading edge curled under. Behind it the other sheet climbs as a pale, almost clear plane, feathered into points along one side, opening at its top into a tall flared mouth and folding a small ribbed shell back over itself. The stem is a stronger orange.

Soft Peach With Apricot in the Ribs

The appeal of this piece is its gentleness. Peach sits between pink and orange and stays soft even in strong light, so the sculpture reads as delicate rather than bold. The tint is fullest in the fan's ribs and the stem, where the resin shows a clear apricot, and fades to a blush across the upper sheet, which lets the flared mouth and the shell show mostly as highlights. Close up, the parallel ribs give the pale areas a fine, combed texture like the inside of a seashell.

Standing 76cm on the marble, it is comfortable on a dressing table, a console or a sideboard, in a bedroom or a calm living room. Peach is easy to live with beside cream, blush, sage and warm white walls, and it sits happily with brass and pale timber. Soft light suits it; a hard spotlight can wash the paler sheet out altogether.

Peach Tint, the Block and Moving the Piece

Lead times run 5–6 weeks bespoke and 3–4 standard. Its peach can be warmed towards a deeper apricot or cooled to a paler blush on commission, and its block may be cut from white marble rather than black. A custom tint can be mixed from a fabric or paint you choose. The shell and the mouth at the top are fine, so the sculpture is carried upright, with a palm beneath the marble and the other hand at the stem, and set down slowly. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Peach paling to a blush above an apricot stem places this ribbed casting with our organic sculptures, our resin sculptures and our contemporary and modern sculptures.

Shipping & Returns

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For all orders delivered worldwide, all customs duties, import taxes, and applicable local clearance fees are fully included in the purchase price. We manage and settle these charges on your behalf, ensuring you will not incur any additional fees upon arrival.

Please note that this policy excludes shipments delivered to Switzerland, as well as any individual orders where an exclusion is explicitly stated prior to purchase; in such instances, local customs charges and import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
