A ribbed crescent of pale aqua resin, open at one side like a C. Its upper arm sweeps over and draws out to a fine tail, struck in close cuts almost to its point; its lower arm is cast thick and runs out to a squared end, its inner face left smooth and flat, so a clear, polished channel runs beneath the opening. The aqua is deepest at the foot and through the lower arm and clears almost to colourless along the tail. Black marble is included beneath the casting.
A pale body returns less contrast between a struck crest and its trough, so the ribbing carries less of the form than it would in a deep blue, and something else has to. Here that is the lower arm. It is cast thick and polished flat along its inside, so one clear surface runs beneath the opening and gives the piece the solid foot a stronger tint would otherwise have provided. Everything else is struck, the cuts running along the upper arm almost to the point of the tail, which keeps the whole curve reading as worked.
At 51cm it suits a shelf or a console and does better against a dark surface than a pale one, which a colour this light simply disappears into. Side light is what the cutting is made for, and a downlight flattens the whole face. Standing it with the opening turned into the room shows the smooth lower arm from the usual viewing angle. Everything on this one is struck except the inside of the lower arm, and that one plain face is what keeps the ribbing from coming off as decoration laid over a shape.
Order a standard piece and it takes 3–4 weeks; order it bespoke and it takes 5–6. The aqua is deepened, the lower arm is cast thicker or finer, and the ribbing is stopped short of the tail. Height is open, and the ribbing is spaced to the size rather than held at one pitch. A stronger blue makes the cutting carry far more of the form and the smooth arm correspondingly less. The smooth inner face of the lower arm can also be frosted instead of polished. Crescent and block are boxed together, the crescent bedded under the sweep rather than against the tail, and it is carried by the block alone, never by the tail. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A pale aqua crescent, struck all over but for the smooth inside of its lower arm, sits beside the pieces in our organic sculptures, our resin sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
