Olive is the colour of this crescent cradle, deep along its outer wall and brightening to a lime-yellow through the belly. One end is broad and rounded, rolling outward at the top, and the other narrows to a tip that hooks in over the hollow, the two held well apart. Inside the broad end the olive clears to a milky, misty white crossed by a thin olive streak, and a similar haze gathers low on the hooked end. Bright gold-toned flecks glint through the olive like glitter and thin to a fine silvery-gold dust in the misty passages. It is supplied on a small, squared-off block of white marble.
Olive is a difficult colour to make glow, and the gold-toned flecks are what do it here: caught in the deep olive they flash like sparks, and in the misty white passages they settle into a fine, soft dust, so one cradle carries two kinds of sparkle. The two ends are shaped differently as well as coloured differently. The broad end rolls outward and shows a wide, pale face inside, while the hooked end is drawn to a slender point that turns back over the hollow, giving the crescent a sense of movement. A glassy polish over every surface keeps the colour bright.
On a bedside table, a bookshelf or a dressing table it sits at the right scale, close enough for the flecks to be seen. Turn the broad end towards a window and the misty white inside it brightens, while lamplight brings out the gold in the olive. A pale wall or a light wood surface keeps the olive fresh; dark walnut deepens it towards khaki. The block lifts it just clear of the surface, so the crescent reads cleanly from across a room.
Lead times run 5–6 weeks bespoke and 3–4 standard. Commissioned, the olive can be pushed further towards lime or deepened to a mossy green, and the misty white inside the broad end kept or replaced with clear resin. The gold-toned flecks can be thinned or left out, and the white marble block swapped for black. Other widths can be ordered too, the rolled end and the hook scaled together. It travels in a small fitted box, the cradle bedded under its belly and the block wrapped beside it, and it is picked up by the belly rather than by the hooked tip or the rolled rim. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Olive resin glinting with gold-toned flecks, from its rolled end to its hooked tip, brings this crescent cradle into our organic sculptures, our resin sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
