A block of sunny yellow resin holding a small ink-painted bird whose feet grip a real twig running diagonally across it. The yellow is bright with a hint of green, and the twig is set right inside the resin. A polished gold carrier clamps the top of the block, with a gold hook above; it is meant for hanging, and the fitting is included.
Two ways of making meet in this piece: the bird is painted in ink, loose and fresh, and the twig it grips is a real one, held inside the resin, so a painted bird sits on a real branch in a block of sunlight. The sunny yellow makes the ink look darker and the twig look richer. All six faces carry a high polish and sharp edges, and the gold carrier and hook echo the warm colour of the block, so the whole piece reads as a single warm, glowing object.
Hang it in a kitchen window, a conservatory or a sunlit porch, where the sun reaches it from behind and the space under the hook is clear. It suits green, white and cream rooms and looks lovely near plants. With daylight behind it, the yellow glows and the bird and twig stand out as a dark drawing, cheerful even on a winter afternoon.
In the workshop a standard piece takes 3–4 weeks and a bespoke commission 5–6. The yellow can be taken towards gold or lime, or the block left clear, and the bird can be painted in another attitude or on a different twig. The carrier and hook can be supplied in a darker bronze. Ink birds also come in amber and in aqua blocks, and a clear block holds a green bird; each is sold separately. It is sent in a crate, the carrier and hook already attached, so it can go straight up; handle it by the resin block while it goes up. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A painted bird gripping a real twig in yellow resin is among our resin sculptures; the bird and its branch belong with our organic sculptures, and a bright kitchen suits it, like the rest of our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
