Smoky grey resin springs from a dark, sweeping foot and divides two ways. To one side, three broad, rounded blades lean out together over a swollen bulb, their points trailing down towards the surface; to the other, an arm curves up like a swan's neck and hooks over at the top, with three slender pointed blades fanning out beside it. The whole piece shades from near-black at the foot to a pale, translucent smoke at the tips, and every blade is smooth on both faces, with no texture at all.
A gradient is the hardest thing to make look like nothing. This one runs from near-black where the resin meets the surface to a thin, clear smoke at its points, with no line, no band and no visible step anywhere between the two. What makes it harder here is that the blades are smooth: there is no texture to break up the eye's reading, so the gradient is examined directly, and the broad blades, the hooked arm and the slender fan beside it all have to shade at the same rate or the group falls apart.
Its outline is what people see first, and that asks for an empty, plain wall behind it. Against a busy ground the palest smoke at the tips simply disappears and the piece loses its top; a plain wall, a pale screen or a window with light sky beyond gives the tips the contrast they need. It stands well at eye height on a shelf or a sideboard, and with its two groups of blades leaning apart it makes a good piece for the end of a console, turned to face into the room. Indoor use only.
Every standard piece is made in 3–4 weeks, and every bespoke commission in 5–6. The shading runs unbroken from the dark foot to the palest tips, so it is agreed as a whole before any change is made. On commission the grey can be taken towards a smoky blue or left colourless, the number of blades on either side set at order, and the lean of the broad blades drawn steeper; the hooked arm can be curled further over or opened out. It travels in a single fitted case with every blade and the hook padded, and it is lifted out by the dark foot and stood straight down. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Smoky grey blades leaning apart from one dark foot lead to our organic sculptures, our resin sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
