This rock form has a grey surface with a faint mauve cast, mottled in paler and darker tones and glittering all over with tiny bright points, like freshly split granite catching the sun. It rises from a broad foot to a rounded top set towards the right, its left flank swelling out in a full bulge before tucking in again near the foot, while the right side runs down in a long, steady line. It comes with its tall marble base, white below and grey at the top.
The rock is made in imported resin and finished with a granular, crystal-like skin that breaks the light into countless small sparkles, so its surface shifts as you walk around it. Darker patches gather low on the body and paler ones open towards the top, giving the grey the mottled depth of a weathered boulder. The base is built as a squared column: its upper band is grey marble in thin horizontal layers, each veined with white, and its long shaft is a pale white marble crossed by soft grey veins, finished at the foot with a narrow gold-toned strip.
At 160cm overall it stands at about eye level, so it suits an entrance hall, a stair landing or the end wall of a long corridor that people walk towards. Give it a clear patch of floor with room on every side, so the rock can be seen in the round. Light falling from above wakes the glitter in the grey, and a plain wall in a soft colour behind it keeps the outline clear. Indoor use only.
A standard piece takes 3–4 weeks to make, and a bespoke commission 5–6. Your order is for one rock and the marble base it stands on, sold individually. On commission the rock can take another colour or a smoother skin, the base can come in a different stone or a single colour, and the whole piece can be made at other sizes to order. Rock and base are crated apart for the journey; once the base is standing level on a firm floor, two people lift the rock into place on top of it. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A glittering grey rock raised on a tall column of veined marble stands among our resin sculptures, our abstract sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
