The Green Wavy Hollow Resin Column is a slender square column in translucent green resin that undulates gently along its whole height, swelling and drawing back like a ribbon of weed in water, and flaring a little at the top. It stands on a small square base in stainless steel with a gold-toned finish, and it is made at three heights.
The section stays square all the way up while the outline waves, which is what gives the column its particular movement: each face bows out where the one beside it bows in, so the piece reads as twisting without ever actually turning. The green is deepest at the arrises and pales across the flats, so the four corners read as darker lines running the height. The body is hollow, which is not visible from outside and is the reason a column this tall can be carried by two people rather than craned. The top is left open and flared. The base is stainless steel, square and shallow.
At every height these are floor pieces, and the narrow square footprint means each takes almost no floor for its height. They suit a hall, a stair turn, a gallery, a showroom or either side of a doorway, and they read best against a plain wall where the wave in the outline shows. Because the body is translucent they lift a dark corner rather than filling it, and a light placed low behind one carries the green up the whole height. Indoor use only.
Give it 3–4 weeks as a standard piece, or 5–6 weeks as a bespoke commission. The three heights are priced individually and the price is for one column, which is the thing to be clear about, because the three heights are one design at three scales. Two or three ordered together are cut from the same tint batch so the green matches across them, and that is worth asking for at order rather than afterwards, since a repeat months later will sit slightly apart in colour. A graduated group of three reads best with the tallest against the wall. On the options: tints come from the studio range, the wave amplitude is specified gentler or stronger, and the base is offered in the gold-toned finish shown, in brushed stainless or in black. The hollow wall is stiff yet cannot bear a point load, so every column travels upright in its own crate, base boxed apart, and it is carried by the body, never by the flared top. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Wavy green columns in three heights belong to our abstract sculptures; the hollow casting links them to our organic sculptures, and their gold-toned steel bases join our stainless steel sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
