A deep green frosted resin chair whose wall runs unbroken from its rim down to where the legs meet the floor. A low panel rises at the back, a wing curls up on either side and ends short of the front, and a flat sled of two legs carries the shell. At every cut edge the green darkens almost to black, and across the seat it lightens.
Taken this deep, the green turns every part of the chair into a study in line: the edges read almost black, the wings and the back panel are outlined as if drawn in ink, and the open seat glows a lighter bottle green in between. The frost keeps the surface calm and free of glare, so the eye follows the outline of the shell rather than its reflections. Its even wall gives the whole chair the look of a single folded green sheet, soft at every turn.
Green sits naturally among plants and timber: in a garden room, beside a bookcase, or at a desk by a window that looks out on trees. Its seat sits low, so it pulls up to a table without fuss, and its splayed legs hold it steady on rugs and boarded floors alike. A pale ground behind it shows off the dark edges, and soft daylight suits it better than a spotlight, which would flatten the green.
Plan for 3–4 weeks on a standard piece and 5–6 weeks on a bespoke commission. The green can be taken lighter, toward sage, or deeper still, and a flat tint without the grading can be quoted. Without its wings the shell becomes a plain tub, and a set of four tapered legs can stand in for the sled, lifting the seat clear of the floor. Blue, red and lavender blue versions of this chair are also made, each sold on its own. A set ordered together is cast in one session so the tints agree. It is crated on its own and carried in by two people. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Deep tints like this green run through our resin sculptures, curled and folded forms continue in our organic sculptures, and further seats made as sculpture are in our art furniture.

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.
Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
