A green ball carried on a tall black plinth that makes up most of its height. More of the object is stone than casting, since the column is the greater part of it. The hollows wind past each other and the green runs deep at the rims and clears across the open faces, which at this height are met straight on rather than looked down into.
Here the cut is carried at standing height, and the plinth is more than half the total. That changes what has to be got right. Carried this high the ball is met at eye level and read against the room rather than against a surface, so the scoops open onto whatever is beyond them and the plinth has to be doing nothing at all: it is black, square, unrelieved, and exactly as wide as the ball is deep, so it reads as a column of shadow and the green appears to be standing on nothing.
This is floor work and it needs the floor: a hall, a landing, the turn of a staircase, or a corner of a room with space to walk past it. At 167cm the ball meets the eye straight on, so the piece is read horizontally and wants a clear background at that height rather than a busy one. The plinth wants clear floor on the approach side, since the casting overhangs the stone slightly on two edges.
Time separates the two: a bespoke commission takes 5–6 weeks, a standard piece 3–4. The plinth is built at other heights, the green is graded from the foot instead of the rim, and a stone one is made in place of the black. Other diameters are worked against the same support, which alters the proportion between the two parts more than any change of stone would. A frosted finish is offered and suits this arrangement, since a polish met at face level throws the room straight back at whoever is looking while a frosted surface keeps the colour. The two parts are crated separately and married up on delivery; moving the stone takes two people, and the casting drops onto a pin rather than being fixed down. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A ball opened into scoops above a black column belongs with our organic sculptures; green resin clearing across the open faces leads to our resin sculptures, and a tall green accent at a landing joins our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
