A square block of clear resin with a green bird perched on a real branch set inside it, and a carrier above holding the block by its top edge. The block is colourless, the bird is green and yellow, and the fitting above it is a polished gold. It hangs. A fitting is supplied with it: a hook on a spreader that grips the block at four points and rises well clear above it, and the piece's full height runs from the foot of the block to the top of that hook.
Almost everything in this range stands on something. This one hangs, and hanging makes it an object to be looked through against the light rather than looked at against a wall. The bird sits a little below the centre of the block and to one side of it, so there is clear resin above and behind it for the light to come through, which is the whole reason the piece is built around a void. The body has to stay clear enough to be read right through, because the bird and the branch inside it are the whole subject. The block is polished on all six faces and the fitting is polished separately, so the two catch light in different ways.
A landing, a stairwell or a window bay, hung where the light comes from behind and there is a clear drop beneath the hook. It wants sky or a lit window behind it rather than a wall, because everything in it is meant to be seen through. Hang it where the daylight comes from behind and the bird is a silhouette by morning and a painting by mid-afternoon. The block reads as a bright square from across a room and the bird inside it resolves at about two paces.
From order, a standard piece runs to 3–4 weeks and a bespoke commission to 5–6. The bird is worked in another colour, the block is tinted, and the fitting is offered in a darker finish. Run a tint through the block and the bird has to be strengthened with it, or it disappears into the colour around it. A second version is made in amber, and the fitting on that one is a dark bronze rather than a gold. Block and fitting travel in one crate with the fitting already on, and it hangs from the hook as supplied. One person. Take it by the block, not by the hook, until it is hanging. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A green bird on a real branch, held in clear resin, is part of our organic sculptures; the colourless block counts among our resin sculptures, and more to hang where daylight falls is in our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
