The Green Banded Triple Opening Resin Sculpture carries three colours rather than one: a cool blue across the crown, a yellow-green through the middle third, and blue again at the foot. Three round openings descend the centre line, the largest at the top and the smallest at the bottom, and the outline is broken into short spiked lobes all round. It stands on a black marble base.
The openings are the only regular thing on the piece. They sit almost on one vertical line and they shrink as they descend, which pulls the eye downward and gives the sculpture more presence than its height suggests. Everything around them is irregular: the lobes on the outline are all different lengths, and the front and back faces are worked to different depths, so the piece has a better side. The three colour bands meet on soft edges rather than lines, and the middle band is the warmest and most saturated.
At 57cm overall it is compact and easy to place, and a shelf, a desk or a console will all take it. Because it is small and busy it wants to be seen at close range rather than across a room, so a position people pass is better than one they only view from a sofa. The three bands read best under a neutral light; a warm lamp pushes the middle band towards yellow and loses the green. Indoor use only.
Where the piece is standard the build is 3–4 weeks, and where it is bespoke 5–6. A three-band piece is specified by band order and by where the joins fall, and both are set at order because neither can be altered afterwards. Blue, green, blue as here reads as a landscape with the warm band held between two cool ones; reversing it to green, blue, green makes the piece cooler in the middle and much less obviously banded. Band depth is chosen separately, so the middle third can be widened until it dominates or narrowed to a stripe. Further colours can be had, and single-colour versions in teal and in smoke, and one flecked with gold leaf, are made on the same form. A pale stone base lifts a piece this small on a dark surface, and is offered for that. The spiked lobes on the outline are the parts that chip, and they are numerous, so the piece is bedded in shaped foam and the base boxed on its own, and it is lifted around the widest part of the body. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A curled rock banded blue and yellow-green belongs with our abstract sculptures; a small piece seen close in a room people pass suits our indoor sculptures, and spiked lobes worked all round its outline place it among our organic sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
