Description

An open ring in frosted resin, parted at the top between two ends trimmed at an angle, one sharpened to a point and the other ending in a slanted plane. Inside the broad outer band sits a slimmer band, stepped back from it. A soft emerald green clouds down both sides of the outer band and through the slimmer band low on one side, and clears to a frosted white across the rest. A marble base comes with it.

Emerald Clouding Through Frosted White

The green is a soft emerald, cool and leaning a little towards blue, and it is clouded through the resin rather than spread evenly, so it gathers in drifts on the outer band and in a streak down the inner one before thinning to white. That uneven clouding gives the ring its depth, each drift reading as colour held at a different distance beneath the frosted skin. Frosting keeps the surface quiet and even, which leaves the green to do the work, and the two clean cuts at the top stay white, framing the opening with the palest part of the piece.

With its marble base the piece stands 42cm, so a desk, a side table or a console suits it, turned so it is seen face-on and the step inside catches the light. Daylight falling from one side lifts the green most clearly, and a pale wall keeps the white crisp. It belongs in a calm room of natural tones, timber or stone, where the green reads like a glimpse of foliage.

Green Clouding, Polish and the Crate

As standard the build runs 3–4 weeks, and as a bespoke commission 5–6. The price covers one ring together with its marble base. On commission the emerald can be deepened to a bottle green or thinned to a faint mint, the clouding drawn into even bands, and the inner band polished to a gloss against the frosted outer one. The trimmed ends can be reshaped and the ring made at other heights, the base cut to match. It is crated with foam bedded round the ring and the base packed alongside. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
