Seen from the front, this ball looks almost black at its edges and bright green in the middle, because the green resin is so deep that only its thinner parts let the light through. Its two scoops turn round each other with a single wall left standing between them. Under it, a short dark stem drops into black marble, and that stone is included.
A green this dark is chosen for contrast. In the heavy bands the colour closes up to near black, while the open faces of the scoops clear to a vivid leaf green, so the piece reads in two colours although it is cast in one. The bands are left heavy enough to hold that darkness, and the hollows are polished so that their colour glows rather than sits flat. Turning the ball changes the balance, showing more black or more green depending on how much of each scoop faces you.
Its 46cm height suits a low table between two chairs, a shelf in a study or one end of a sideboard. The near-black bands look strong against pale walls, while the green comes up brightest with light from behind or from one side. In a room of dark wood and leather it reads as a polished stone, and beside brass it looks especially rich.
In the workshop a standard piece takes 3–4 weeks and a bespoke commission 5–6. The green can be lightened so the bands read as green rather than black, or pushed toward emerald, and the scoops drawn deeper so that more of the bright centre shows. A lighter stone suits dark furniture better than black and is offered instead. It travels padded in a single crate with the stone wrapped on its own, and comes out in one careful lift with hands spread around the outer curve. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Two scoops turning round a single wall belong with our organic sculptures; green resin dark enough to read black leads to our resin sculptures, and a near-black sphere among leather chairs joins our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
