A resin side table built round a squared timber block, its four faces sawn flat and its top left as the cut end. The timber is striped along its whole height in golden brown and a darker chocolate, the bands running vertically and varying in width. The clear resin is not wrapped all round this one: it shows as a margin down a single face and across the top arris, so three sides are timber to the edge and one is glass-clear.
That asymmetry is what gives the table its character. On three faces the wood comes right out to the arris and the block reads as solid timber, warm and glossy, with the stripes sharp under the shine. On the fourth the resin stands well clear of the timber, catching the light as a bright vertical band and showing the rough natural edge of the wood suspended inside it. So the object is a timber block from three quarters of the room and a cast one from the last quarter, and which face is turned out is a real decision rather than a detail. A fine check runs down from the top arris into the face and on across the top, and the stripes carry on unbroken either side of it. The cut top shows the end grain in a muted grey-brown.
At 45cm this is a side table or a stool, and it serves a low chair or a sofa arm without reaching over. Turn the clear face towards the light and towards the room; turn a timber face to the wall. Because three faces are wood to the edge it sits comfortably against other timber, and on a pale floor the single clear band is the only thing that reads as glass. It is heavy and stays put. Indoor use only.
Count on the difference between standard and bespoke: 3–4 weeks or 5–6. The casing is the first choice: one face as here, two adjacent faces for a corner of clear, or all four, which turns the piece into an encased block and reads entirely differently. The stripe cannot be specified, only agreed: the studio shows the board to the customer before work starts, checks and all. The plan can be widened or narrowed to order with the height following, and the top can be finished as the raw sawn end or brought to a wax-smooth face. Two can be cut from one board at different heights, so the stripes carry from one to the other. It ships in one crate on a pallet with the clear face protected, needs no assembly, and is a two-person lift. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
As a side table with a single clear edge it sits among our art furniture, its gold-striped board alongside our organic sculptures, and that bright margin with our resin sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
