This resin sculpture is a leaf form in frosted material, offered at two heights, one per order. Each is a tall blade curving to one side and drawn to a fine point that curls at the tip. The whole face is striated in close wavy bands, the outer edge is scalloped into a shallow saw, and the colour runs from a warm honey at the foot up through cream to a near-white translucence at the point.
Three treatments meet on one small object. The striations run across the blade rather than along it, dozens of shallow wavy ridges stacked one above the next, and because they are not parallel they gather and part like the grain in a shell. The outer edge then takes those same bands and turns them into a scallop, so the silhouette is a fine repeating saw rather than a clean curve, and that edge is what the eye follows from the foot to the tip. The finish over both is a full frost, matt everywhere, which means the piece holds a soft even light and casts no highlight at all. Colour is carried in the material and is warmest at the base, where the mass is greatest, clearing as the blade thins. One is broader and its curve is more open; the other is narrower and turns more tightly.
Both are surface pieces and both want height under them rather than around them. At either height they read on a console, a credenza, a sideboard, a reception desk or a wide shelf, and their footing is small so they take very little room. What they need is a plain background, because the scalloped edge is a fine outline and it disappears against anything patterned. The frost means they can take a downlight without glaring, which is unusual in this material, and they do well in a group of two or three at different heights. Neither is heavy enough to be left where it can be knocked. Indoor use only.
Where the piece is standard the build is 3–4 weeks, and where it is bespoke 5–6. The two sizes were designed to stand together, so most orders take both. They are separate objects at separate prices rather than one form scaled, and the proportions above are the difference. On the finish: the full frost is standard, and a polished version is made, which turns the striations into a bright ripple and reads much harder; a half-and-half is also made, frosted on the face and polished on the scalloped edge alone. On the colour: this honey to white run is standard, and a green to white, a grey to white and a plain colourless version are all offered, with the depth of the warm tone adjustable. Neither size comes with a base, since a flat foot is cast in, and a marble block is made to either on request. Each is boxed standing with the point in its own moulded pocket, since the tip is the part that would suffer, and one person can carry both. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A leaf drawn down to striations and a scalloped edge leads to our abstract sculptures; the curling blade itself belongs with our organic sculptures, and the honey clearing to white through the frost joins our resin sculptures.

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
