Description

A tall frosted figure of a woman in a wide hat, cast in olive green resin from the brim to the hem. The frost gives the green a soft, even surface, and the colour darkens towards the foot, where the skirt sweeps out behind her. It comes with a black block, deep enough to carry the height of the figure.

One Olive Green Under a Frosted Surface

Olive green is a quiet colour for a figure this size, and frosting makes it quieter still: the surface holds a soft sheen rather than a highlight, so the figure reads as a single tone standing in the room. The green is slightly deeper towards the foot, which gives the tall figure its footing, and the brim of the hat reads light. With no hard reflections to follow, the eye reads the pose itself, the lean of the body and the sweep of the skirt. Frosted evenly over every face.

It belongs at the far end of a hall or of a long room, where a tall, calm figure can stand without company. A pale wall suits the olive green best; against dark paint it sinks into shadow. It sits comfortably among plants and natural wood, and soft daylight keeps the frosted surface even. Seen from a distance it is a single green silhouette.

Another Green, a Paler Block, and Delivery

As standard the build runs 3–4 weeks, and as a bespoke commission 5–6. The green can be taken deeper towards bottle green or lighter towards sage, and the frost can be polished away to leave the figure glossy. A white block can replace the black one. The grey and gold version, polished and graded, is sold as its own piece. The block is placed and levelled before the figure goes onto it, and two people handle the figure, holding it below the waist. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Tall, single-colour figures continue in our contemporary and modern sculptures, and more calm, upright pieces are gathered in our indoor sculptures and our resin sculptures.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
