A flame form with a frosted, satin surface, pale silver-grey through the tongues and the upper body and deepening to a dark teal at the foot. It is cut through in several places, one opening high in the tip and the rest through the body. Its black marble base is included with it.
Frosting takes the glitter out of the flame and leaves its shape. The surface is matt and soft, so the folds and tongues are modelled by shadow rather than by highlights, and the grade from silver-grey to teal happens without a line. The openings read as clean dark holes in the frosted body, and the lobed outline is softer than it would be in gloss. It is a quiet way to make this form, and it belongs in a room where a glossy piece would be too bright.
Its 76cm suits a credenza or a low sideboard in a calm, modern room, beside pale timber, linen or stone. Light from one side models the frosted folds; a spotlight straight on flattens them. A mid-tone wall behind shows the grade from grey to teal well. It takes a narrow footprint and can stand near a wall.
Standard pieces take 3–4 weeks and bespoke commissions 5–6. A glossy finish can replace the frost and bring the highlights back, and the teal can be taken deeper or replaced by a blue or a grey. The grade can start higher or nearer the foot. A pale marble base can replace the black, and more openings can be cut through it. It is packed in foam shaped round the flame, the marble boxed apart; hold it by the body, never the tongues. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A frosted flame shading from grey into teal sits among our abstract sculptures; folds modelled by shadow rather than shine join it to our organic sculptures, and a matt grade carried through the resin suits our resin sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
