Description

Deep green foliage fills this cube of clouded resin almost to its edges, glimpsed as if through drifting smoke. Broad, lobed leaves crowd its heart in shades running from bottle green to near black, while pale yellow-green tendrils curl and loop near the upper right corner and along the foot. Wisps of milky grey haze swirl through the resin, densest towards its margins, so the leaves seem to surface and fade as you move around it.

Dark Leaves Behind a Veil of Mist

The resin is clouded rather than clear, carrying soft grey-white swirls through its whole depth, and its faces are polished smooth with crisp, square edges. Where the haze thins, the leaves come forward: their lobes and veins can be traced, and the tendrils show as fine, springy coils. Where it gathers, the green sinks back into shadow, which gives the cube real depth, like looking into woodland at dusk. No two cubes cloud in the same way, and the drift of the swirls and the lie of the leaves are particular to each one.

Its size and depth of colour suit a coffee table, a low-slung sideboard or a plinth, ideally somewhere people can circle it and catch every face. At 30cm it is well matched to a hall console, where its green brings a cool, calm note to the entrance. A window to one side lifts the leaves out of the haze, while a white wall behind makes the dark green read more strongly. Indoor use only.

One Clouded Cube, Made to Order and Delivered

Making a standard piece takes 3–4 weeks, and making a bespoke one 5–6. The price covers one cube, which is sold individually and cast once the order is in. A bespoke commission can clear the haze for a brighter look, deepen it towards smoky grey, or swap the green foliage for ferns, grasses or autumn leaves, and the cube can be made at other sizes. It is crated with foam on every face, and it should be lifted out with care, supported from beneath. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
