A column table of clear cast resin with a dark log standing in it from foot to top. The outside is not squared: the resin is worked into deep, irregular vertical folds that ripple right round the column and give it a lobed outline. Through them the timber shows near black, warming to a reddish brown in places, with patches of green moss clinging to it low down and on one flank. The top is cut flat and polished. One column is supplied, so order two where a facing pair is wanted.
The folds are what the eye meets first. They climb the column in broad, uneven ribs, each crest catching a bright highlight and each hollow going dark, so the clear casing acts on the eye like water over a stone. Behind them the log is very dark, and the folds bend and break its outline as you walk round, so it never quite sits still. Low down and on one side, tufts of green moss glow against the timber, and reddish glints come up from the grain where the light finds it. The flat top, polished like the sides, reflects the room and closes the column with one plain lobed plane. Two standing together do not match, because no two logs are the same.
At 70cm the column rises past side table height, so it can carry a lamp or a small sculpture, or serve drinks beside a high backed chair. The dark timber gives it real visual weight, so it holds a corner on its own and does not need company. It suits a pale wall, against which the folds and the dark log read clearly, and light from one side lifts the moss and the glints in the grain. Indoors only.
Reckon on 3–4 weeks for a standard piece, or 5–6 weeks for a bespoke one. The timber sets it: a log this dark and this size is selected rather than ordered. Three things are open. The height, which can drop to a block at seat height or rise to a column at standing height, with the log chosen to suit whichever is wanted. The timber, from this near black stock through to a pale one that inverts the whole reading. And the outside, folded as here or cut square for a plain block. One column is supplied at this price; a facing pair is two columns, and they are chosen from one log so the grain relates. One crate each, two people to lift. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Folded resin around a mossed log turns this column into a table for our art furniture; the moss and timber point to our organic sculptures, and the clear rippled casting to our resin sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
