A splash caught mid-break, thrown out from a gathered foot into rounded limbs that reach in every direction: one curls up and over at the top, several end in droplets, and one long arm flares at its tip into a spray of points. There is no colour in it at all, which is the point: the piece is read by its edges. Nothing comes with it; the splash stands on its own foot, where the limbs gather, with one of them sweeping low beside it.
A colourless piece with no flat surface anywhere on it has nothing to read but its own edges, and every decision in this one is about where those edges go. The limbs are drawn to different lengths on purpose so that the outline is never the same twice as you move round it, and the droplets, the rounded tips and the one spray of points are what stop the limbs from looking cut off. Colourless resin is the whole argument: a tinted material would make the limbs read as objects rather than as water. Every limb is polished, which is what makes a colourless piece readable at all.
Set on a console or a sideboard, at 66cm it rises to about eye level. Put it where it will be passed rather than sat with, because it changes most while you move. It wants a dark wall behind it, because clear resin needs something to be clear against. Put a light low and behind it and the limbs fill with it; from the front it almost vanishes. Seen from a doorway it is a bright outline with nothing inside it.
Where the piece is standard the build is 3–4 weeks, and where it is bespoke 5–6. Limbs are added or taken away, a tint is put into the resin, and the whole thing is made at other spans. Add a limb and the whole outline is redrawn around it, so that the new one finds its own direction. It travels in a fitted crate because of the limbs, and comes out with both hands under the gathered foot, none on a limb or a droplet. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A colourless splash thrown out in droplets, curls and one spray of points finds its company in our organic sculptures, our resin sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.
Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
