A cleft cradle in cobalt blue resin with a frosted, satin-soft surface. Its long belly rises at one end into a short, rounded tip and at the other into a tall end that rolls over at the top into a broad lip, so the cradle lies open between the two. The outer wall is a strong cobalt, mottled deeper through the belly, while the inner face of the tall end turns pale and is netted with fine blue veins. It is sold without a base and sits on the curve of its belly.
Frosting turns cobalt from a jewel colour into a mineral one. The surface no longer flashes, so the blue reads as an even, solid tone across the outer wall, with only a cloudy mottling to show its depth in the belly. Inside the tall end the colour thins to a pale ground netted with fine cobalt veins, which gives that face a delicate, crackled look against the strong blue around it. The two ends are deliberately unequal, one short and rounded and the other climbing to its rolled lip, so the cradle has a clear direction, rising steadily towards its curled end.
Give it a sideboard or a broad console, with the open side of the cradle facing into the room so that the veining inside the tall end can be seen. Frosted resin softens whatever light falls on it, so a lamp beside the cradle warms the cobalt without any glare, and a white wall behind makes the blue look its most intense. With no base, it sits directly on the furniture.
It takes 3–4 weeks to make as standard, and 5–6 weeks to make bespoke. Each order is one cradle, sold individually. On commission the cobalt can be deepened to navy or lifted to a sky blue, the veining inside the tall end made bolder or left out for a plain pale face, and the frosting replaced with a high polish. The tall end can also be drawn up into a longer curl. The cradle is packed in a fitted crate with its lip padded, and once out of the crate it stands straight on its belly. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A satin cobalt cradle whose tall end curls over a pale, veined inner face sits in our organic sculptures, our resin sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
