Description

This rock of clear resin swells into two rounded lobes, a high crown on the left and a broad hump on the right, with a shallow saddle between them and a notch opening at the foot where they part. Milky white veils and streaks drift through the clear body, and among them lie dried leaves in mustard yellow, crumpled and folded, with a short brown stalk still showing here and there. The rock comes with its base of solid wood in a warm honey tone.

Mustard Leaves Drifting in a Two-Lobed Rock

Imported clear resin forms the rock, rough and rippled on the outside and broken into glassy planes, with soft milky clouds caught between them like frost inside a block of ice. The leaves sit at different depths, some close under the surface and others deep in the body, so their yellow seems to shift as you walk around the piece. The base is solid wood with a fine, straight grain and a smooth top, its end faces sloping outwards to a broad footing. No two of these rocks hold their leaves in quite the same places.

A console, a sideboard or a credenza gives its two rounded lobes room to breathe, and it is just as happy on a wide shelf in a study or on a reception desk. The honey-toned wood sits easily with pale oak furniture, and a window to one side warms the yellow leaves while the milky veils glow softly. Indoor use only.

Leaves, Timber and the Way It Travels

Count on the difference between standard and bespoke: 3–4 weeks or 5–6. The price is for one rock on its wooden base, which is sold individually. On commission the leaves can be chosen in another colour, gathered more densely or left out for a plain clear rock, and a darker timber can be chosen for the base; other dimensions are made to order. Rock and base are packed apart in a fitted crate, and the rock should be lifted with both hands beneath it. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
