A single peak cast in colourless resin, rounded at the top and stepping down at each side to a broad base. Its surface is rough and broken all over, more like old ice than polished glass, and every hollow holds a shadow. Front to back it is thin, and it rests on the surface with no stand.
Without colour, a single peak depends on its surface, and this one is worked over every face into small rough planes and gullies. In clear resin those planes catch and break the light, so the piece has the look of old ice, and the gullies show as darker lines running from the summit to the foot. The outline is kept simple, one rounded top and two stepped shoulders, so the eye is free to wander over the texture without the silhouette competing.
Clear and slim, it suits a desk or a shelf against a darker wall, where its rough faces show up. A lamp beside it brings out the gullies, and strong daylight from behind turns it to a bright silhouette. It can stand with other peaks in a group along a long console, and it needs so little depth that a narrow surface takes it.
Whether it is standard or bespoke sets the build: 3–4 weeks or 5–6. Tints are offered from yellow through to smoke, and the surface can be polished for a glassier look or frosted for a snowier one. A run of these peaks, each in its own colour, makes a range along a long surface, and the outline can be drawn with a sharper summit for a more alpine look. Packed in foam in a small carton, it needs no assembly and goes straight onto its surface. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A clear peak worked like old ice belongs with our resin sculptures; a weathered summit cast without colour joins it to our contemporary and modern sculptures, and a slim slice of mountain suits our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.
Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
