Description

This round dining table has a clear resin top carrying a bronze swirl that winds out from a point near the middle and stops short of a broad clear border, so the pattern turns as the eye follows it. The rim is scalloped and undulating rather than cut round, and the whole top sits on a black pedestal shaped like a fluted trumpet, narrow at the waist and flared to a broad foot.

One Bronze Swirl Radiating Through a Clear Disc

The swirl reads as a single sweep rather than as a set of separate marks: the bronze ribbons widen as they travel out between fine raised lines of clear resin, so the pattern opens up towards the rim and gathers at the point it starts from. Because each ribbon curves as it goes, the top reads as a whirl rather than a rosette. The scalloped rim follows no repeat, so no two edges of the disc are the same depth, and the underside is finished to the same standard because the whole of it is in view from a seat. The pedestal is finished in black, set against a top with no colour of its own but the bronze.

Set at dining height, it seats four to six, and the single pedestal means chairs can be pulled in anywhere round it without meeting a leg. A round table wants clearance on all sides, so it earns a room it can stand in the middle of rather than one where it goes against a wall. The bronze reads warm under filament light and cooler under daylight, and the top will show whatever the floor is through its clear areas, which is worth using deliberately over boards or a patterned rug. Indoor use only.

Swirl Colour, Rim Depth & the Pedestal

Standard pieces take 3–4 weeks and bespoke commissions 5–6. The swirl is specified by colour and by density: bronze as here, or silver, copper, black or a studio tint, and either open, where more of the floor shows through, or close, where the top reads almost solid. Neither the exact path of the ribbons nor the rim profile can be specified, since both are made fresh each time, so a repeat order is a comparable table and not a matching one. Rim depth is set shallower for a calmer outline. The pedestal is offered in flat black, in white, and in a brushed metal, and a wider foot is available where the table is going into a room with children. The top and the pedestal travel separately in one crate and are brought together on site, with the disc lifted flat by four people at the rim and lowered square onto the pedestal head. Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
